Squats are one of the best exercises that you can do for the lower body. We are talking legs and booty here and I am all about making that smaller and firmer. Less is more when it comes to junk in the trunk and legs. Squats can be very dangerous and you can really hurt yourself if you do them incorrectly. I have been bugging Denny to death about making a video that shows the peeps of the work-out world just how to do a squat and to do it well.
