Welcome to the strong like helm drill of the day blog. This blog will contain various exercise drills that we do here in the Flower Mound/Double Oak location as well as at our Keller EDGE location.
The drill today is the shoulder complex drill with sets of 15 front raises, 15 side raises and 15 v's. This is a great shoulder work-out and I have found that it has helped give my shoulders that little cap look to them. I love this drill and I hope you will as well.

Is that my voice? I totally forgot about that video. It's a love/hate drill, I'd say. Love what it does, hate how it feels.
