Ball and Chain

The drill today is one of my favorite drills. It is really called resisted sprints both to the front and to the back, but I like to call it "Ball and Chain!" It consists of me pulling Doug and then later in the video Doug is pulling Denny. This is a real thigh and booty burner. Again, this is one of those drills that we do mostly at our Keller facility. You may have seen this drill done in different ways. When I went to the summer conditioning camps we used a resistance band and just wrapped the band around our waist for the person in front and the person in the back held on to the handles of the band. It is the same concept. Enjoy the drill of the day...especially Denny's comments. Gotta enjoy Denny!
